Spicy chicken fry
Spicy chicken fry from southern state of Andhra is a very easy dish to make and commonly made for Sunday lunch. Its very delicious and is a favorite of all.

Method
- Wash and rinse the chicken thoroughly and transfer into a big bowl.
- To the chicken, add 1 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and yogurt. Mix well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Add chopped onions and green chillies and fry them until they become soft.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw flavor is gone.
- Add red chilli powder 1½ Tbsp and mix well.
- Add the marinated chicken and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. Mix in between.
- Cook until the water evaporates and the oil starts to ooze out.
- Add coriander powder and garam masala. Cook for 5 more minutes on high heat mixing continuously.
- Turn off the heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Server hot with sambar rice or roti.
