Balsamic tofu burger

Balsamic tofu burger

This balsamic burger is really easy to make. I used square shaped buns, so I cut the tofu into squares  –  but if want to have round buns or rolls, then cut the tofu with a large cookie or scone cutter to fit in the buns. Assemble the burger with your favourite toppings and condiments.
