Berry and granola yoghurt pots
I always keep a bag of frozen berries in the freezer – as they are ideal for easy desserts at the weekend, or healthy breakfasts during the week when I don’t have any fresh berries in the fridge. These berry and granola yoghurt pots are perfect for breakfast and for pudding! You can make this dish in just 5 minutes – if you want it super-healthy, do use homemade or good quality, low-sugar granola, full of crunchy, nutritious nuts! I made it with Skyr, which is a super creamy, high-protein yogurt.
Ingredients
Method
- Using a hand-held blender whizz the berries with the yoghurt until you get a light, creamy mixture. Taste it and add some maple syrup or honey to your liking.
- Spoon some granola into two tumblers or small pots, then add some berry yoghurt then cover with the remaining granola. Scatter some fresh berries on top and serve.
