Frozen mixed berries cream

I’m not a dessert lover so when I invite people for dinner I often forget about the pudding or run out of energy to create something amazing. Luckily I keep several bags of frozen berries in my freezer – which can be used to make quick & easy desserts, smoothies and treats. This Frozen Mixed berries cream is ready in just 5 minutes and can be served with crumbled cookies, chopped nuts or just on its own. I normally provide crumbledAmaretti biscuitsor shortbread on the side – and my guests are very happy indeed! You can add a drop ofCreme De Framboise orAmarettoto the mixture if you want it a bit more special.
