Herby falafel balls
It’s so easy to make your own falafels which are much more healthy than the ready-made ones bought in the shops! These herby falafel balls are full of green herbs and spices that make them particularly zingy and tasty. Serve them in toasted pita or with other type of flatbread, some salad and a yoghurt dressing. I like serving it withyoghurty cucumber salad.
