Honey-glazed grilled pork loin

I had a small pork loin, enough just  for 2-3 people, and was wondering whether it could be barbecued rather than roasted in the oven. So I looked up some ideas and adjusted them to my liking. The result was this honey-glazed grilled pork loin – it was a great success with fantastically tasty, succulent meat!

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Score the fat then put the meat in a dish.

  3. Turn on the BBQ, griddle pan or grill.
  4. Combine honey and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  5. Cook the pork for about 25 minute over medium hot coals, basting it frequently with the honey glaze.
