Gluten and dairy-free almond waffles
This gluten-free and dairy-free almond waffles are super easy to make. You can add as much sugar as you like to the batter, depending on the toppings you’re going to serve them with. I added a little coconut sugar as I don’t like them too sweet. Perfect for weekend breakfast or afternoon nibbles.

Method
- Mix the ingredients well and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Heat your waffle maker. If the batter is too thick, add more milk (it should be pourable but thicker than normal pancake batter).
- Spray some oil over the hotplates then spoon some batter into the lower one, letting it spread out evenly. Close the maker and cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on your machine). When the waffle is golden, move it to a plate and repeat the cooking. You should be able to make about 4 waffles, depending on your maker.
- Serve warm with your chosen toppings.
