Filo mincemeat rolls

These filo mincemeat rolls are an easy way to use up leftover mincemeat for New Year’s Eve party or and interesting version of mince pies during advent. Serve  them with mulled wine, alternatively serve them with custard as pudding. This recipe can easily be vegan – just make sure you are using plant-based margarine and the mincemeat is vegan too. Try to use home-made mincemeat, its very easy to make some – seemincemeat recipes>>
