Mince pie twists

If you have some leftovermincemeat, you can us it up for quick and easy treats such as these mince pie twists. These are perfect for festive parties, also for events well into the New Year. During the winter holidays I normally add some orange zest and, if I still have some mincemeat left at spring-time, I also some lemon zest. It goes really well with mulled wine!
