Jack Daniels Chicken Bake
I was given a bottle of Jack Daniels a couple of months ago; I was delighted because it’s one of my favourite tipples, though a bit disappointed that it was only a half bottle. However, I had to hide my disappointed even more when I realized it was actuallyJD Tennessee Honey Barbecue Glaze! Anyway, I put it away and forgot about it – until last weekend when I was looking for something in which to cook some drumsticks & thighs, came across it again and decided I’d give it a go. This Jack Daniels Chicken Bake is the result and it turned out to be delicious – so good, in fact, that it pretty well made up for my initial disappointment! I’d be happy to serve it at a relaxed dinner party.
