Maple glazed Goat’s cheese salad

I love goat’s cheese, particularly the ones with the rind on, as these can make fantastic easy meals  or excellent starters at a dinner party. This maple glazed goat’s cheese salad is one of my favourite recipes – it’s ready in just 5 minutes! Served with wholesome bread it’s a lovely lunch – and I’ve served as a starter too at dinner parties. You can use any nuts that’s seasonal or fits in your overall menu – this time I used pistachios, but I’ve made with walnuts and pecan nuts too.
