Panettone French toast bake
If you have Panattone left over from Xmas, making French toast with them is a yummy way to use it up. This Panettone French toast bake can be made with milk, double cream or custard-depending on how rich you want it. Also, you can use jam, if you don’t have fresh berries. I made it with custard and raspberries – it was perfect for breakfast on Boxing day! It would make an ideal brunch on Valentine’s day too with a glass of bubbly!
