- Slice the onion and chop the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently sauté the onion for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes (if used) and stir for a minute.
- Add the stock and soy sauce, then the beans. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the kale and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Mix the miso with a large spoonful of the stew liquid, then pour it in the pan. Turn off the heat and stir in the lime juice and coriander leaves.
- Serve warm with sesames seeds scattered on top.
