Herby tomato salad

This herby tomato salad is fantastically easy and really tasty. It’s perfect for summer barbecues, parties, picnics. You can also use it in burgers and sandwiches (in this case slice the tomatoes into rings, not wedges). I’ve used parsley, chives and mint –  but most fresh herbs are fine and try to have at least 2-3 different ones, depending on your main course.
