Fig and orange crumble
Nothing beats a crumble to finish Sunday lunch or any other traditional roast! This fig and orange crumble is very easy to make, and it’s very yummy! Perfect for special occasions too – such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, anniversaries and so on.

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Quarter the figs and lay them in a small oven-proof dish.
- Finely chop the walnuts, scatter half around the figs.
- Drizzle the figs with honey and the orange juice.
- Mix the granola with the remaining walnuts, butter and orange zest.
- Cover the figs with this crumble and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until golden.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt (mixed with honey) drizzled on top, if you like.
