Ginger Prawns

I first ate ginger prawns at an Indo-Chinese restaurant in India when I was very little. I can never forget the taste of it – it still lingers in my mouth! So, keeping in mind all those flavours, I have tried to recreate the dish as I remember it. It turned out pretty close to the same taste as the restaurant one. It is very easy to make and tastes great!
