Green shawarma salmon

Shawarma is the Arabic term referring to the preparation of meat in various ways, followed by a slow roasting method on a vertical spit (just like the Turkish döner or Greek gyros). In this recipe the salmon is marinated in  the usual, spiced sauce, then grilled on a BBQ, griddle pan or in the oven. It’s absolutely delicious, perfect for dinner parties or laid-back get-togethers. Serve it with flat bread, grilled veggies, salad or pilaf.
