Air Fryer Teriyaki tofu

This Air Fryer Teriyaki tofu is crispy, vegan and healthy – perfect for snacking or you can add it to miso soup, salads and stews. I garnished it with chopped salad onion and radish, then served it with wakame soup for lunch.

  1. Drain the tofu then wrap it in paper kitchen towels for a few minutes.

  5. Put the tofu cubes on a plate, then garnish with chopped spring onion, radish slices and chopped coriander leaves. You can scatter more sesame seeds on top, if liked.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
