Gluten-free brownies

The recipe for these fat-free, dairy-free and gluten-free brownies was too good to be true, but to my surprise the result was absolutely yummy! So I make these little treats regularly, sometimes leaving out the rice flour completely which allow the brownies to be more gooey. Not only are these brownies delicious but they take little time & effort to make.
