Peanut butter banana bars
I make healthyoat and banana slicesevery week, which I have for breakfast or as midday/afternoon snack. This time I added some peanut butter and chopped peanuts to make them protein-rich. I baked them in a bread tin, which made it easier to cut them into slices. These Peanut butter banana bars don’t need any added fat nor sugar – but if you have a sweet tooth, add some sultanas/raisins/apricots to the batter.
