Diet waldorf salad

Waldorf salad is usually made with mayonnaise. This diet waldorf salad is a more healthy  version – and you can make even more “skinny” if you use 0% Fat Greek yogurt. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare – it’s so delicious during late summer, early autumn! I like taking it to picnics or in my lunchbox to work. It can be served with cold or leftover meats for quick and easy lunches/suppers.
