Background
These baby courgettes wrapped in Parma ham are absolutely delicious and so easy to make. If you don't have any Parma ham you can use other prosciutto, or even smoked streaky bacon. These little wraps are perfect appetizers or party nibbles - they go particularly well with Prosecco!
Ingredients
- 12 baby courgettes (zucchini)
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- Pesto (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Rub some pesto on the skin of the courgettes.
- Divide the ham into two strips (lengthwise) and wrap the courgettes with these.
- Put the wraps on a greased tray and bake for 20-30 minutes until the ham is golden and the courgette is tender.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips
If you have dairy issues just leave out the pesto!© 2025 Copyright CookTogether
