Background
This BBQ Chicken Drumsticks marinade isΒ a quick and easy yet delicious way to prepare them for a BBQ or just to grill in the oven.
Ingredients
- 12 Chicken Drumsticks (or Drumsticks & Thighs)
- 40 ml wine vinegar
- 20 ml light soy sauce
- 20 ml tomato ketchup
- 10 ml Worcester sauce
- 20 ml honey
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 or 2 spots of Tabasco (optional)
Instructions
- Put the chicken pieces into a biggish freezer bag.
- Combine all the other ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Pour into the bag with the chicken and squish it all together.
- Squeeze out most of the air, seal and put in the fridge for about an hour.
- In the meantime, light your BBQ.
- Cook all the pieces turning regularly for 7 or 8 minutes. Poke with a skewer and ensure the juice runs clear before serving.
