These mini, sticky cranberry & marmalade glazed sausages make lovely party nibblesΒ during the winter festivities, particularly if accompanying mulled wine or champagne cocktails. They can also be served on the side with roast turkey at your Christmas lunch.
Ingredients
- about 35-40 cocktail sausages
- 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 Tbsp fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, zest only
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the sausages on a non-stick or lined roasting tray and cook for ten minutes.
- Mix the marmalade, honey, cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries in a large mixing bowl. Pour this over the sausages, toss to cover them well.
- Roast for another 10 -15 minute, turning a couple times, until sticky and caramelized.
