Fried long bean, leek and spring onion

Background
Long beans are one of my favourite veggies. The combination of leeks and spring onions with long beans brings out a very pleasant taste. This is a very healthy and easy to make dish.
Ingredients
- 200g Long beans, chopped
- 3 Leeks, chopped
- 5 Spring onions, chopped
- 1tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the leeks and spring onions and fry for 6 minutes.
- Add the beans and cook until they are soft.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt and mix and serve hot.
