Ingredients
- 1 small log of goats' cheese
- 4 small figs
- 1 bag of mixed salad (baby spinach, rocket and watercress)
- 1 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 handful of walnut kernels
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the figs in half and the cheese log into 3 cm rounds.
- Brush a griddle pan with olive oil and heat it up. When hot put the figs in the pan, cut side facing down. Add the cheese pieces, again the cut side facing down.
