These little sweet and spicy goat's cheese stuffed cherry peppers are perfect appetisers or nibbles at a dinner or drinks party! If you have good quality balsamic vinegar, then reduce the honey in the cheese stuffing and drizzle the nibbles with someΒ of it instead. They are absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 24 pickled red cherry peppers (such as peppadew) from a jar
- 100g goat's cheese (approx.)
- 1 Tbsp runny honey or agave syrup
Instructions
- Mash the goat's cheese with a fork in a bowl, then add the honey and a couple of pinches of salt. Taste it and adjust if needed.
- Drain the peppers and stuff each with 1 tsp of the cheese mixture.
- Place them on a serving dish. Drizzle a drop of olive oil on the top (optional).
- Chill until served.
