Grilled minute steaks with cumin and garlic

Background
These grilled minute steaks with cumin and garlic are perfect for BBQ parties or easy weekend lunches and suppers. They are ready in just five minutes! Serve them in a bun or with potato salad, mixed salad, grilled veggies, a mash etc.
Ingredients
- 4 thin beef steaks
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Β½ tsp ground cumin
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the oil, garlic, cumin, vinegar and pepper in small bowl until combined. Pour it into a ziptop bag and add the steaks. Marinate for minimum 30 minutes or max 2 hours in the fridge.
- Heat your BBQ or griddle pan.
- Take the steaks out of the marinade and cook on each side for a minute or so, until lightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
