Grilled peach with berries

Background
Here is a healthy snack or dessert that's delicious too! It is ready in just ten minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches (or nectarines)
- 100g blueberries or blackberries
- 100g raspberries
- 150 ml orange juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 200 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Turn on the grill.
- Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the stones.
- Place the peaches onto a lined baking tray and stuff them with the berries.
- Mix the orange juice with the honey then pour this over the apricots and berries.
- Grill for about ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt with the orange zest and sweeten it with extra honey to your taste.
- Serve the peaches warm with the orange yoghurt.
Tips
