Minced Beef Fry

Background
Minced beef fry is infused with all the Indian masalas and is a great dish as a side or main course. It goes well with rice, roti or even can be used as a filling in a sandwich with some salad.
Ingredients
- 500g Organic lean beef mince
- 2 Onions (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ΒΌ cup Peas
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and fry until transparent.
- Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste and fry until the rawness is gone.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder.
- Add the minced beef and salt as required.
- Cook the minced beef until tender and juicy.
- Add the tomatoes and peas and cook until the tomatoes are tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
