Miso soup with green beans and prawn gyoza

Background
This miso soup with green beans and prawn gyoza is a more hearty version. Also, itβs made with fish stock which tastes a bit similar to dashi.
Ingredients
- 12 pieces of frozen prawns gyoza
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 500 ml fish stock
- 150g green beans
- 1 Tbsp miso paste
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 4 sprigs of spring onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Instructions
- Steam the gyoza over boiling water, following the packetβs instruction. Put them on a plate and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan bring the two stocks to the boil, then add the green beans and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Add the spring onion and turn off the heat.
- Take a ladleful of some clear soup into a small bowl, add the miso and mirin and stir until you get a smooth paste. Stir this into the soup, then add the gyoza and serve.
