Onion and Garlic Bread
Background
Purist bakers may look down their noses at bread machines but they certainly save a lot of time and effort! You may miss out on the tactile pleasure of kneading the dough but this Onion and Garlic Bread recipe creates a loaf that can stand its own against hand-made bread - it really is delicious - and, if your machine has a timer, can be ready for a lovely, fresh breakfast treat. It's also great to serve to friends who come for lunch, tea or dinner and it can be a splendid gift too!

- 1 tsp olive oil with which to soften onion
- 2 cloves crushed Garlic
