Pasta with Camembert and walnuts
Background
When I have no time to cook or feeling lazy or have almost nothing to eat in the fridge I just cook some pasta (gluten-free in my case) and mix it with grated or creamy cheese and some nuts or herbs, raw veggies and lemon zest. Basically I have a meal within 10 minutes. This pasta with Camembert and walnuts is one of my easiest variations. It also works with Gorgonzola or Dolcelatte. Β Actually, it's very delicious!
Ingredients
- 200g dried pasta
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 75-100g camembert
- a drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
- Dry-fry the nuts then chop them roughly if you like (this is optional).
- Drain the pasta, put it back into the pot, crumble the cheese on top then stir through. Put the lid on for a minute to allow the cheese to melt, then mix in the walnuts. Season to taste.
- Serve with a little honey or maple syrup drizzled over it.
