Pasta salad with Indian zest

Background
This recipe has many different flavours and ingredients which are healthy too. The salad can be made for a party or weekday supper. It is a personal favourite of mine, which came from a friend and is now a regular dish at my home.
Ingredients
- 100g pasta (any kind)
- 1 Tbsp Peanuts (Roasted)
- ½ Cucumber (Very thinly cut)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 10 Grapes (chopped)
- 1 Green apple (chopped)
- 1 Potato (boiled and cubed)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 2 tsp Peri peri sauce (Or according to spice level)
- 1 tsp Honey mustard dressing
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil (dry)
- 1 tsp Parsley (dry)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta until al dente. Keep aside in the serving dish.
- Dry roast the peanuts. Let them cool, then to the pasta.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the cubed potatoes (potatoes get brown when cut ahead) which should be added just before serving. Mix well.
