Background
For winter parties we always need some nibbles. These super easy yet super tasty pastrami and Stilton tartlets are made with ready-rolled puff pastry, which can be gluten-free, if desired. They go perfectly with a glass of bubbly or you can serve them as a starter too!
Ingredients
- 6 pieces of pastrami, torn into pieces
- 75g Stilton, crumbled
- Tomato salsa or pizza sauce
- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- Walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Unroll the pastry, then stamp out circles using a cup.
- Brush the disks with pizza sauce or tomato salsa sauce, then top them with pastrami, stilton and walnuts. Season with pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until puffed, golden and the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
