Peri peri egg fried rice

Background
This recipe is one of my own creations which very simple to make with left over cooked rice and eggs. It tastes good too. This is one of those recipes which can be done in few minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked rice (leftover)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt as required
- 3 Spring onions, chopped
- White pepper as required
- 1 tsp Peri peri sauce, medium hot
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes. Keep aside.
- In the same pan, add a lightly beaten egg and scramble it.
- Mix the spring onions and add the cooked rice, peri peri sauce, soya sauce, salt and white pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients and fry for a minute and serve hot.
