Pizza dough cinnamon rolls

Background
Ready-rolled, shop-bought pizza dough can be used to make sweet treats, snack and other yummy treats too. These pizza dough cinnamon rolls are ready within 20 minutes, perfect with your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Use dairy-free margarine for a vegan version!
Ingredients
- 3Β Tablespoons butter or dairy-free margarine
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4-6 Tbsp muscovado sugar
- 1 ready-rolled pizza dough
- Icing sugar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan melt the butter and let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar. Add more sugar, if you want it very sweet.
- Dust a large chopping board with flour, then put the rolled-out dough on top.
- Brush the dough all over with the melted butter, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture all over it. Tightly roll the dough into a log along the short end (i.e.the long side should be right in front of you). Cut the log into 12 rolls (about 2.5 cm thick). Arrange them in the prepared baking tray about 3cm apart.
- Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the rolls cool slightly, then move them to a cooling rack.
- When they have completely cooled, dust them with icing sugar and serve.
