Background
This simple radish dip is perfect for drink parties, picnics or you can use it as sandwich, burger or wrap filler. It takes only a couple of minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 1 handful of radishes
- 100ml greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- 1 garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Trim then coarsely grate the radishes.
- Combine all ingredients and season with salt & pepper.
- Garnish with a pinch of paprika or mint leaves on the top.
