Sesame grilled baby courgette

Background
If you're having a BBQ or party and you want to serve some easy but delicious something side dishes - this sesame grilled baby courgette will tick all the boxes! It's fantastically easy to make yet it's really tasty!
Ingredients
- 12 baby courgettes
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard (grainy)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Pre-soak: some wooden skewers.
- Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Push two skewers through about 6-8 courgette halves, creating rafts.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, then brush the rafts with this glaze. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Barbecue, grill or griddle the courgette skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side.
