Background
This pizza base is a healthier version. I used a bread machine to make the dough, but you can easily make it by hand. The dough can be used for pizza, bread rollsΒ or focaccia too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
- 2 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2ΒΎ cups of spelt flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
