Background
Instant rice flour dosa is easy dosa recipe which we can be made with minimal ingredients for a quick breakfast, snack or dinner. Crispy, flaky rice flour dosa taste delicious with any chutney or sambar. This instant dosa is good option when you run out of ideas for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup water
- 2 green chillies
- Β½ tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil to cook
Instructions
- In a bowl add rice flour, salt and curd. Mix well.
- Add water to make loose dropping consistency batter.
- Add chopped green chillies and cumin seeds.
- Heat pan and drop one ladle of batter from outside to inside in a circular motion and another ladle inside to fill the gaps.
- Add few drops of oil around dosa's edge and cook until sides become light brown.
- Flip dosa and cook until crispy.
- Repeat the same for rest of the batter. Mix the batter well before you pour it on to a pan otherwise batter on the top will be watery.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
