This is such an easy recipe! Just grill/blanch the asparagus, make the dip et voilà you’ve got an amazing appetizer or starter - it’s healthy, tasty and very delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 50g feta
- 2 Tbsp crème fraîche or Greek yoghurt
- ½ lemon, zest only
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- Couple of pinches of cayenne or sweet paprika
Instructions
- Grill, griddle or blanch the asparagus until tender (it should have a bite!). If you blanch them, make sure you rinse them under cold water after cooking.
- Meanwhile mix the feta, crème fraîche, lemon zest, dill with a fork and add the garlic (if used) and a pinch of paprika or cayenne. Combine. Season, taste and adjust it to your liking.
- Put the asparagus on a serving plate and spoon the dip around.
- Serve at room temperature.
