Baked sea bream with lemon and herbs

Background
This baked sea bream with lemon and herbs is aΒ super easy Mediterranean dish, which is healthy and light, so it's ideal for laid-back Summer dinner parties or family meals. Serve it with potato/ green salad and grilled vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 sea breams, gutted and cleaned
- 1 litreemon
- 1 handful of chives or dill
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Chili flakes ( optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Make a few cuts on each side of the fish. Rub the fish with some oil, then season with salt and pepper. Tuck a chilli slice into the cuts, if used.
- Cut the lemon into thin rings then cut them in half. Put these into the cavity then stuff with the herbs.
- Lay them on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
- Turn up the heat or set to the grill and brown the skin for a minute or so.
- Serve immediately.
