Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup green peas
- 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small cup vegetable stock
- Β½ Lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Cut the cauliflower into 2cm thick steaks.
- Cut the onion and tomatoes into 4 wedges each, the red pepper into chunks.
