BBQ chicken legs with mustard

Background
Fantastically tasty and super-easy recipe for a BBQ party. You can prepare it in advance and leave it to marinate overnight or just for a couple of hours. If you're short of time you can cook immediately.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Β½ tsp basil (chopped )
- Β½ tsp oregano (chopped)
- Β½ tsp thyme (chopped )
- Β½ tsp rosemary (chopped )
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix the herbs with mustard and vinegar, then pour this into a small plastic bag .
- Add the chicken thighs. Tie the bag, then massage the chicken legs in the marinade until the legs are thoroughly covered.
- Rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, but ideally for 2-4 hours.
- Season to taste, then grill or barbecue gently until cooked through.
- Serve warm or cold with salad or grilled veggies.
