Beef, pepper and shallots kebab

Background
If you're after an easy kebab for a party or a lazy weekend meal - try this recipe. It takes only a few minutes to prepare and 5-10 minutes to cook. Β Serve it tucked in pitta or wrapped in flat-brad Β with some sauce or condiment. Alternatively serve it with a salad.
Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of matured sirloin
- 1 yellow or red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Shallots
Instructions
- Soak about 10 wooden skewers in warm water.
- Cut off the fatty bits of the steak then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Peel the onions, cut the peppers into 3 cm cubes.
- Mix the oil with the paprika. Put the onions, peppers and steak chunks into a bowl, add the oil, salt and pepper.
- Thread the beef, peppers and onion onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers on a preheated barbecue or hot griddle pan and cook for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat, rotating several times.
