Spiced broad beans and potatoes

Background
Broad beans have a pleasant taste combined with other vegetables, such as potatoes. This is a quick recipe to gather for a side dish. It goes well with steamed rice or roti.
Ingredients
- 300g Broad beans (Chopped)
- 1 Medium potato (Cubed)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- In a pan, heat oil and add the onion and turmeric and fry until transparent.
- Add broad beans, potato and tomato and fry until cooked.
- Add salt and mix.
