Chicory and blue cheese bites

Background
These easy yet deliciously nutty chicory and blue cheese bites are ideal nibbles at events or can be served with aperitifs at a special dinner party. They are particularly suitable during the winter festivities - Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
Ingredients
- Chicory
- Red grapes, halved
- Walnuts, chopped
- Roquefort or Stilton
- CrΓ¨me fraîche or Greek yoghurt
- Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Carefully take the chicory leaves apart, then wash them and wipe dry with paper towels.
- Mix some cheese with enough crΓ¨me fraîche or yoghurt to get a thick paste.
- Add some grapes, walnuts and chives to your liking.
- Mix well and spoon into the chicory leaves.
- Arrange these bites on a serving platter.
