Chinese sticky chicken thighs

Background
These honey & soy glazed chicken thighs are loved by both adults and kids - so they're perfect for parties, picnics or simple midweek suppers. Serve them with steamed rice and stir-fried veggies or just bread & salad.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cm ginger, grated
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce (reduced salt)
- 6 Tbsp honey (clear runny)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, then pour over the chicken thighs and massage the marinade into them.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight if possible.
- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Place the thighs on a baking tray, brush with half of the marinade.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, turn them over, then brush with the remaining marinade. Bake for another 20 minute until golden brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips
