Ingredients
- 3 medium eggs
- Β½ courgette
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 slice of cooked/roasted ham
- 2 spring onions

Instructions
- Finely grate the courgette.
- Lightly beat the eggs with the salt, then mix in the grated courgette.
- Thinly slice the spring onion and add to the mixture.
